Bikes at Brighton - a popular destination for lot of cycling enthusiaist around Melbourne’s bay area, was interested in piloting a new ecommerce store. The main intention around the idea was to validate few assumptions that was floating around selling high performance bikes online. Maytech did indepth research into identifying and executing key “buying” signals from website visitors and maped out a number of differetn engagement processes to help with the website build.


Bikes at Brighton visual design was heavily tested with actual market samples to ensure that content was delivered in a clear, uncluttered way. User experience was designed to remove all barriers to entry and engagement. Allowing website visitors to directly book appointments with the store for both new purchases and bike services, opened up new busienss channels for the company.
